Privacy Policy pursuant to Article 12 of Regulation 2016/679/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation)

In accordance with R.E. 679/2016, as described above, I inform you that the processing of your data will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, protection of your privacy, and your rights.

In particular, in accordance with Article 12 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree, I inform you that all provided data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out activities necessary for the performance of the service requested by us.
The data will be provided directly by you, the legal basis for considering them will be your explicit and provable consent, fulfillment of contractual obligations, or legitimate interest.

The processing may also concern personal data falling within the category of “sensitive” data, which will be processed only with your written or electronic consent, for the same purposes previously illustrated, as strictly indicated in Article 13, paragraph 1, and Article 14, paragraph 1 of the Regulation.
The data processing will be carried out in paper/electronic form and, in any case, suitable to protect their confidentiality, in compliance with current regulations and professional secrecy.

The provision of data is optional, but the possible failure to provide them could result in the non-performance or partial performance of the professional service.

The acquired data will not be disclosed in foreign countries or to international organizations.
Your personal data will be kept for the entire time of the service requested by us and for the shortest time possible, according to the type of data and documents, and for an additional 120 months from the cessation of the same.
I remind you that it is your right to request access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition, and portability of data, as well as to request the revocation of the consent given, which, however, will only be effective from the new communication of revocation. According to the new European Regulation, it will be possible to exercise the “right to be forgotten.”

In case of disputes concerning the processing of data, you may file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
